Customers must report damaged or tampered packages within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos). Failure to notify within this timeframe may void claims.
5. Apple Pay Policy
Spike Gold supports Apple Pay as a secure and convenient payment method for eligible users.
5.1 Apple Pay Transactions
Payments made using Apple Pay are processed securely through Apple's payment authorization system. Spike Gold does not store Apple Pay card details or sensitive financial information.
5.2 Device & Eligibility
Apple Pay is available only on compatible Apple devices with Apple Pay enabled. Users must ensure their device and wallet are properly configured before initiating payment.
5.3 Payment Authorization
By selecting Apple Pay, users authorize the payment using Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode authentication. The transaction is completed only after successful authorization.
5.4 Refunds for Apple Pay
If a refund is approved (where applicable under company policy), the refund will be processed back to the original Apple Pay linked card used during the transaction. Processing time may depend on the issuing bank.
5.5 Liability
Spike Gold is not responsible for issues arising from:
- Apple device malfunction
- Wallet configuration errors
- Bank-related transaction declines
- Apple Pay service interruptions
Users must contact their issuing bank or Apple Support for device or wallet-related issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spike Gold shall not be held liable for:
- Market-related gold price fluctuations
- Courier delays beyond our control
- Technical downtime or service interruptions
- Unauthorized account access due to user negligence

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Spike Gold operates.
